Eli delivers a sermon. Daniel reluctantly stand and goes up front when Eli asks if if there are any sinners there looking for salvation. Eli makes Daniel get on his knees and proclaim that he's a sinner. Eli makes Daniel say that he's abandoned his child and slaps him around, knocking the devil out of him. Daniel accept Jesus as his savior and is baptized. The church members welcome him. Mary hugs Daniel as he sits back down in his seat. Eli says Daniel was generous enough to make a $5,000 donation to the church.
