On their way to the bar, Charlie tells Lola that she doesn't have to do the challenge with Don, but Lola says she does. With various employees cheering them on, Don (who has a string of wins listed on a plaque in the bar) and Lola arm wrestle. Don wins just barely. Afterwards Don asks why Lola gave up. Lola says she wants Don to continue to be respected by his co-workers, she knows what disrespect feels like. Before leaving, Lola hands Don her challenge for him to do and tells him to change his mind about someone.
