Charlie and Nicola walk along the street arguing. Nicola wants Charlie to seriously think about selling the factory. Just as Charlie's about to explain his new idea, Lola joins them and introduces herself to Nicola as the transvestite working on the new line of shoes for transvestites. Nicola is shocked and cold to Lola. Sensing the chill, Lola walks away. Nicola tells Charlie that before his death, Mr. Price Sr. had contacted Richard and was considering selling.
