An older man George (Ewan Hooper), bursts into the room, calling Charlie 'Mr. Price' even though Charlie tells George to call him Charlie. The employers are gathered below for a speech. Charlie starts to give an awkward speech, not realizing that the mike's off and no one can hear him. Once he realizes, he puts the mike down and goes down to talk to the employees face to face. Charlie declares that he's not his dad and rambles a bit about how he was never good at shoe making, before shouting "So let's make shoes." The employees are bemused.
