Intercut between scenes. The Watch Man (Malik Yoba) tries to sell watches to Auggie and regular Tommy Finelli (Giancarlo Esposito). The hustler offers Tommy a special 'African price.' Locals give stats on the numbers of African Americans, Jewish and Hispanics living in Brooklyn. The Watch Man, who's from Bedstuy hassles Tommy for wanting to be white and living in Brooklyn. Vinnie comes in and plays the guitar while yodeling.
