The man with the red eyes enters the room. He wears a black suit. He reaches out to touch Charles Wallace. When Jack tries to stop him, the man kicks Jack's broken leg and knocks him to the ground. The man walks around Jack and the kids, fixing his hair and smooth-talking. The man gets in Jack's face and Charles Wallace steps in to confront him. The man laughs menacingly before unleashing terror. He uses telekinesis to throw Meg against the wall. Then he grabs Charles Wallace and splits the room in two, making the ground split like an earthquake. Meg screams at Charles Wallace from the other side of the room. Meg appears to get struck by lightning.
