Case brings Elizabeth to the research trailer decorated with ship trinkets (rope, nets, ring buoys,crates). Elizabeth is shown the monster footage and glowing egg on computer. She is not impressed and wants to exploit Gus's death for the story. She storms out, but Case goes after her for more time pursuing the monster. She uses her cell phone to assemble a new team. She slaps him then they kiss.
