Iron-Steel, wearing a mask, plays with his son. They stop at the outdoor market, where two men plan to kidnap the boy. They entice him with a puppet show, then chloroform and grab him, capturing him in a box. The box opens as they try to carry it away and Chan sees him. Chan chases after the kidnappers, riding a makeshift skateboard. Iron-Steel returns to find his son gone. Chan catches up to the kidnappers and fights them. Their puppet pops out of the box and Chan punches it. The kidnappers accuse him of breaking their puppet and try to make him pay for it. Chan continues fighting them when he sees Iron-Steel's son in the box. Iron-Steel's son tells Chan about himself and his father. Chan teaches Iron-Steel's son how to hit the kidnapper on the head with a wooden block.
