Chan and another man have a contest of strength, moving a stick with ink brushes on it back and forth between them. Chan wins and draws a Tic Tac Toe board on the man's face. A larger man steps up to challenge Chan, and people bet. A woman fans Chan and the ink brush ends up in her mouth. Chan breaks the stick and wins again. The large man attacks and Chan fights back, using the table as a weapon. Chan climbs up a rope, then falls on the large man. Chan paints the large man by swinging the ink brush at him, then ties him up with the rope. The crowd throws Chan in the air.
