Chan rides his bike and does tricks, performing for the crowd. Ta Sha says Chan is trying to show him up, and charges towards him on his bicycle with a stick. Chan trips up the bike, flipping Ta Sha. Chan hits Ta Sha with his bike. Chan throws his jacket over Ta Sha's face and fights him. Chan shows off his muscles, then pulls Ta Sha's pants and says he's "bigger down there", too. Chan challenges Ta Sha to hit a cop. Ta Sha throws a rock at a police officer and gets arrested.
