Carolina goes to a garage to pick up the things from Millicent's car. The clerk tells her that she has to pay in cash to get them back. Carolina breaks down, yelling at the clerk for keeping her dead grandmother's things. The manager gives Carolina the packet. Carolina cries and says she never got to say goodbye. Carolina runs into Ted as she leaves and hugs him, crying.
