Mr. Spica takes his gang to the kitchen of his new restaurant. Once inside the kitchen we meet the restaurants Chief, who is plucking the feathers of a duck. Mr. Spica goes on to show his chief the new neon sign for their restaurant. With in seconds, the neon light burns out all the fuses in the kitchen. The chief's assistants swiftly light up candles so that they can resume with their cooking responsibilities.
