Inside the house, Gabriel looks at envelopes addressed to Pete. Gabriel and Donna talk about her blindness and her past. Donna questions Gabriel about how he found her and says she needs to trust him. Gabriel asks to use the bathroom, but uses the opportunity to sneak around upstairs. He enters Pete's room, but finds no one there. Donna startles him and turns on the light. Gabriel sees newspaper articles and pictures about him on the wall. Donna says Pete is at the hospital. Gabriel asks to see him and Donna agrees. Donna turns on a radio and they listen to Gabriel's show. They talk about Gabriel's relationship with Jess. Donna touches Gabriel's face. Gabriel says he can't wait to see Pete. Donna asks for his help.
