Kilgore walks in a warehouse district and mumbles to himself. A western-themed commercial for Dwayne's dealership plays on a TV in a prison. Eli and Wayne talk and Wayne says he trusts Dwayne and is going to work for him. In the cafeteria, Wayne headbutts Eli and tells him again that he's going to work for Dwayne. Kilgore looks at the cover of one of his novels and goes in to an adult store. He looks at himself in a security mirror and sees a vision of a tropical island. Kilgore finds a magazine with one of his stories in it. Kilgore walks outside and gets grabbed by a man.
