R sees Perry join the soldiers and relives Perry's death through his memory. seeing himself attack Perry. Julie escapes into the main airport, she defends herself with a chainsaw from other zombies. R saves her and fights with M, who is puzzled by his friend's actions. A Bonies zombie shows up and R and Julie run from it. They dash through several hallways in the airport, locking doors behind them , but get cornered by some Bonies. M hits the Bonies with a suitcase cart and saves R and Julie. Julie is reluctant to climb abroad, suspicious of M's motives. M drives R and Julie to the garage.
