Intertitle: "Once upon a time..."
A car pulls up to a hospital as a wealthy and famed couple emerges and rushes in. Penelope tells of her high society parents ready for a baby, but a curse was put on the Wilhern family after an affair with a servant. The servant girl killed herself and her mother, a witch, cursed the next Wilhern daughter born to look like a pig. Generations later a girl, Penelope, was finally born.
