On the way home in the van, a news report on the radio airs about Ken who was reported missing. The report says Ken mysteriously came home. Davis remarks that the DigiWorld will be safe now that Ken will not be in charge. One of Davis' friends commends the younger kids on his team for being the new generation of Digimon. Davis says the torch has been passed. Meanwhile at Ken's house his mom cries with relief that Ken is back.
