Xander, Vida, Madison, Chip, and Nick run from the cave. They meet the woodland people. A huge monster arrives, growling. Udonna changes into the white mystic ranger and throws beams of light with her sword. An army of smaller monsters appear and attack Xander, throwing fireballs. The five friends fight the monsters, punching and kicking and dodging knives. Udonna tells them they must believe in magic for it to work. One by one they say that they believe, and the monsters are thrown back by shooting lights and flames. Udonna throws ice at the giant monster and freezes him. Xander, Vida, Madison, and Chip tell Udonna that they are ready to accept their callings as rangers, but Nick refuses.
