The deputy arrives at Oswalt's house with hard copies of the case. He wants to help with the case, Oswalt agrees.In his office, Oswalt shows the deputy his pictures and notes. They discuss how several cases of murdered families are connected. In each instance, one kid in the family is never found, presumed kidnapped by the murderer. Oswalt tells the deputy to find out how did the family drown, the deputy suggests that Oswalt talk to a professor of the occult.
