Dan apologizes to Tammy. A bird wakes Dan in the middle of the night. Dan throws Tammy's papers out of the house trying to get rid of the bird. The bird continues to annoy Dan, as Dan tries to find different places to sleep around the house. Dan climbs out on the roof to try to shoo the bird away and falls off.
