Tom sits in a bar thinking. When he comes out, he sees a biker drive past and then Angela walking down the street. Tom catches up to her, she questions him as to why he hasn't called. Tom tells her that after the mill, he thought they were done. Angela gets him to take her for coffee. She pulls off dark sunglasses revealing puffy eyes.Tom tells her he has to quit the case, he feels like she's not being truthful with him. Tom wants to know what happen to her eye; Angela tells him it doesn't matter. Tom ends up confessing his love for Angela, they kiss. A cop car pulls up with detective Bellanca in it. Angela is scared and asks Tom to drive her home.
