Walter tries to calm Dennis down but he flips out and pistol whips him. When Jeff arrives on the scene, Mars shoots at him. He skids to a halt, then backs through the driveway to collect the injured officer. Mars still shoots at him. Jeff gets her out of there, but she dies in his truck.
