Craven follows Bennett from Northmoor. A SUV follows him. Craven evades the Northmoor agents at a rest stop. He slashes their tires and speeds off, turning on his police siren. Craven weaves in and out of traffic driving through the tunnel. Craven catches up to Bennett's car and pulls him over. Craven knocks out the driver and takes Bennett at gunpoint, but lets him go.
