Ian hails a cab and gets the same cab driver. He asks the man how he can stop Sam's death. The Cabbie says Ian needs to appreciate Sam--and just love her. Ian gets out of the car and runs through the streets. He goes to Sam's school. He starts searching the classrooms for Oliver to see if that will let him find Sam. But he can't find the right Oliver. Then Ian runs through the streets looking for Sam. He sees a woman from behind that he thinks is her although when she turns around, it isn't. He goes to Lottie's apartment building looking for her. He sees the building supervisor and sees that his name is Oliver. That inspires him to look for Sam at an art gallery.
