Susan goes to Theo's house to get a ladder and he tells her she looks like her mother. Then she leaves for her date with Felix. She eats all her food in big bites, hungry. Felix asks Susan what she's doing with all the paint and she says she's painting a mural. He tells her he lives on a tugboat. Then they go for ice cream. When Felix goes to buy a newspaper, Susan ditches him to run back to the nunnery before 11pm.
