At the Columbia Height Scottish festival, Ryan disguises himself as a member of the kilt drill team. Sean lurks in the crowd. Cass and Lauren arrive in a catering van. Sean pulls off his leg and takes aim at the UN Secretary. Ryan yells out and the crowd scatters. With an incredible flying leap, Ryan tackles the UN Secretary and knocks him out of the way. Cass and Ryan put the Secretary in a van and drive off. Lauren and Sean chases them and ambush them in an alley. The van gets destroyed, Cass and Ryan move the general to a new van. Ryan heroically changes the tire as the terrorists continue to shoot at them. The van takes off just as Lauren launches a missile at it. The second van is destroyed, but everyone inside is okay. The police show up and accost the terrorists, making them dance by shooting bullets at their feet. The terrorists are taken in custody, Ryan handing over Sean; Lt. Fall thanks him, saying that Ryan was wrongfully accused. Ryan joyfully swings Cass in a hug, knocking out the UN Secretary.
