They drive the mountain roads at night and Josh tells her he's dropping her to a refugee camp. The baby cries. The girl stares out the window, shell-shocked. Josh can't take the baby's crying so he tries to give her milk, but there is no nipple. Josh makes one out of a condom and feeds the baby himself. Then he smokes a cigarette. He talks about killing and touches the cross on his neck.
