Ricky has become a handy man at the mental institution he's committed to. The director calls Ricky in her office and tells him that the courts have deemed him cured. She gives Ricky some money as a thank you for being a handy man and her lover. The money hopefully will tide Ricky over until he finds a job. The director despondently tells Ricky to leave and to never come back. Ricky leaves, but comes back to have sex one last time with the director to say goodbye.
