Sheriff Rivers calls Jake early the next morning saying he needs to take Timmy to the hospital right away. When they get there, Dr. Harlinger is waiting. He has a plan to hypnotize Timmy. Though Jake argues against it, Dr. Harlinger hypnotizes Timmy and proves that he has incredible super strength when trapped or angry. Also, the developed negatives were child porn pictures of Timmy.
