Timmy goes to a class for autistic kids while Sylvie looks at old newspaper files. She finds a story about Jake, that he was accused of something and his group home was closed down. Sheriff Rivers appeared for him as a character witness and he was acquitted. Sylvie talks to Jake and explains that Dr. Harlinger wants to give Timmy a drug that will make him talk and tell the police what he saw. She wants Jake to work with Timmy because he does his therapy without drugs. Jake refuses because he doesn't work with kids anymore.
