Jerry gets settled in his new gas station; it begins to rain. He closes the gas station down and drives to a nearby bar. He orders a beer from Lori. Then the next day, Jerry is back at the gas station struggling to figure out how everything works. He has trouble with the credit card machine. He pumps gas for a customer, then goes out into the woods to think about the case.
