The bank manager says he's a gospel singer and he'll loan Frank the money if he can perform at the club. Julie walks down a desert road in sexy leather pants to go to the liquor store. She calls Roy, who happens to be in bed with a woman. She tells him she's conning Frank, but she's bored and wants him to come pick her up. But then Julie sees a good-looking hitchhiker and he asks her if he knows a place where he can get a room. She smiles suggestively and tells him she does.
