At a rodeo, a singer performs the Star Spangled Banner; Lane gets ready to ride. Lennox and Dolezal sit in the audience. Lennox tells him the deal is all set to go down as they watch Lane ride in the barrel race. Meeker shows up spying. Noreen is also there, looking for Spencer; she has him paged over the PA system. When Dolezal arrives claiming to be Spencer, Noreen runs. When Dolezal catches up, Noreen tells him that some of the feds were behind the plan to take the money, but she doesn't know their names. Meeker is watching and when Noreen sees him, she runs away again. Dolezal tries to go after her, but he's arrested by FBI internal affairs. Lennox sees him get arrested; Lennox follows the FBI and Dolezal in Lane's truck.
