Ellen and Sam finally meet and figure out that Brian made all the messes, and Sam did all the nice things around the apartment. Brian shows up to pick up his tuxedo. Ellen admits to Sam that she didn't mean to sleep with Brian. She meant to sleep with Sam, and she just got the days confused. Brian returns and offers to let the two of them stay together in the apartment. Sam and Ellen kiss.
