Bryce follows the creature down into the sewer, Stu appears before Jenny and Lisa and they shoot him but he doesn't die, Stu turns into a creature and chases after Jenny and Lisa, Jenny shoots the creature with the serum and it dies, the main creature appears to Bryce as the little boy, Bryce infects the main creature with the serum and it dies.
