Mason and Arlo speed down a highway in a delivery truck. They are 90 miles from Fort McGruder, and have run out of ice. Vitelli continues planning, until Mason calls him and tells him he has the real Elvis. Brynner is in close pursuit, and Vitelli arrives on the scene. Vitelli is able to blow up Brynner and his team, but the pursuing sheriff blocks their path in a tunnel. Elvis is dangerously close to ignition, and so the army decides to seal the tunnel. After sealing one side, Arlo and Mason are able to find ice, just in time to cool down Elvis. Arlo and Mason find a way out of the tunnel, as the side that wasn't sealed, is blocked by the munitions firing from Brynner's exploded weaponry. After all the people of the tunnel are evacuated, Mason starts to make his way out with Elvis, but Brynner amd Vaughn show up. After an altercation, Mason chases Brynner, who has taken Elvis.
