Sybil has Merlin released from the pillory and brought to the main hall, where he is chained up. Morgan walks through the hall, dragging Arthur's sword along the floor. Morgan holds up the sword and announces Arthur's death to the people. Sybil says Morgan should become the new ruler of Camelot. Morgan asks the people if that's what they want and agrees to become Queen.
