Celia walks along the highway with her suitcase. She crosses paths with Kilgore and follows him down to a pool of bubbling, toxic muddy water. Kilgore takes off his shoes and socks. Celia offers her boots, but Kilgore says he doesn't need them. Kilgore walks through the muddy water, past a billboard, talking to himself. At the dealership, Harry, still in a dress, bursts out of the back of an ambulance and runs away, yelling "Maui!", as Kilgore watches.
