Amos and Nat look at the moon as fireworks go off and say they love each other and hug. Amos begins to tell his Amelia Earhart story again. The real, live-action Buzz Aldrin appears and stops the movie. Aldrin says there were no flies on the real Apollo 11 and salutes astronauts. The flies appear one more time, in a still picture, inside Aldrin's helmet on the moon.
