Mitchell tells the team the history of the demons: a warlock captured the demons in the sarcophagus, but they were released. Mitchell explains that the team has been chosen to use advanced weapons to defend the city. Joel tries to leave again, but Carter tells about the demon he saw. Mitchell and the team watch footage of the demons causing explosions and havoc in the city. The team agrees to help and Mitchell gives them morphing devices.
