Steve is on watch when a rider comes. He hurries to alert the others who are preparing to eat dinner. Dick is praying and Billy gets annoyed that the prayer is taking so long, that he draws his gun. Dick telks him to put it away, after dinner they'll go out in the yard to prove who should lead the group. Steve bursts in and says that Buckshot Roberts is coming. The Regulators have a warrant for Buckshot. The Regulators go out to meet him. Buckshot says he's now working on his own. The Sheriff is offering $110 for each of the men and $150 for Billy. Buckshot suddenly begins shooting. The men take cover, but Chavez is hit in the leg and Doc in the hand. Buckshot takes cover in an outhouse, it seems like he's been shot. Dick goes to check and Buckshot shoots him dead. Billy takes charge and the men ride out leaving Dick's broken body behind. drink, horseback, rider, shot, bullet, murder, kill, horse, ambush
