Dean walks Bobby into The Fat's study, where he's dusting his little crystal sculptures. The Fat says he's worried about Bobby's future. Then Stuart enters, tells Bobby he's sorry about his mother's death and The Fat asks Bobby to sign some papers relinquishing ownership of the store. Bobby refuses to sign them. His mother told him before she died never to sign anything. Stuart suggests they wait a couple of days and get the signatures then. Stuart leaves and The Fat threatens Bobby with psychiatric hospitalization for life if he doesn't sign. Bobby cries, howling on the floor. Then he runs out of there.
