The crowds watch Pennington Sr. be escorted out. Pennington Jr. runs into the house, Ace and his classmates follow and see that Pennington Jr. stole their pets. Pennington feeds Laura's koi to Chompers the alligator mascot. Ace sticks his arm down the alligator throat and grabs the fish. Unfortunately it goes flying out of his hands to be caught by Spary, Grandpa Ventura's dog, which wasn't dead. The fish is returned to his tank unharmed.
