The DEA agents escort Eduardo out of the courthouse as Frankie gets ready to kill him with the bomb. They change their plans and decide to walk back to the hotel. Frankie is on the phone with Helena who orders him to change plans and shoot him in the head. Frankie does as ordered but it all goes to hell when the assassin shoots him. Ray gets into his car and it explodes. Firetrucks speed to the scene, passing Manolo, who is there to meet an "informant" but he's intercepted by Salazar's men and taken back over the border.
