One of Dr. T's patients locks herself in the bathroom, because the wait to see the doctor is too long. He sees his first patient and it's Marilyn, DeeDee's maid of honor/lesbian lover. The patient who locked herself in the bathroom storms out and falls, causing a disturbance. When Dr. T realizes who Marilyn is, he becomes distraught. He goes out into the waiting room to tend to his unconscious patient. An ambulance arrives. Paramedics take the woman away.
