Frank has escaped and goes to help Elise, Acheson is angry. Meanwhile, Shaw forces Elise to try to open the safe. Frank shows up claiming to be Pearce, saying that he'll open the safe if they let Elise go. Shaw looks at Frank, Frank explains his chances in appearance; Elise counters everything he says. Shaw gives Frank an ultimatum, he opens the safe or Shaw will cut Elise. Chief Inspector Jones shows up and overrides Acheson, giving the order to fire on Shaw. Shaw and his men are killed. Interpol floods the room with people. Jones lifts Elise's suspension and fires her. Over the radio, Acheson gets a message that they have captured Pearce close by. The authorities walk off, leaving Elise and Frank. Frank Gets Elise to confess her love for him and asked her how she feels about Pearce. Elise says she still loves Pearce too. Frank opens the safe, revealing that he is actually Pearce. Frank and Elise kiss.
