Frank is tied up on Acheson's boat with his head in a bag. The authorities decide to have some fun with him. Acheson takes off the bag, pretending he believes Frank to be Pearce. The Interpol team realizes that Shaw's men are also following Elise. Acheson threatens Frank and then stops the gag, calling Frank a moron. Frank has screwed up his sting operation twice, and this time they are keeping Frank tied up until the plan is complete.
