Privacy Notice for VISUAL ICON Production Candidates, Employees, Contractors, and Participants (California)
Introduction and Scope of this Privacy Notice
This notice explains the privacy practices of Visual Icon and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Visual Icon” or “we”) regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information of VISUAL ICON production candidates, employees, contractors and participants, and guardians for any of those individuals, who are California residents (collectively, “Covered Individuals”). This notice is effective as of January 1, 2023. Terms in this notice that are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, as modified by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CPRA”), are used in this notice as defined in the CPRA. This notice is required by law and does not create an employment relationship between Covered Individuals and VISUAL ICON.

VISUAL ICON collects personal information directly from you and indirectly, such as from prior employers, recruitment and talent agencies, co-producers, television networks, references provided by you, public records sources, and other third parties. We also may obtain personal information as a result of you being on our premises or using our systems. The personal information that VISUAL ICON collects, or has collected from Covered Individuals in the 12 months prior to the effective date of this notice, falls into the following categories established by the CPRA:
