Ryan gets out of the truck downtown, his stench causes mayhem. Disguised as a doctor, Ryan sneaks into a hospital to try to look at records. He's sidetracked and make to look at patients by a nurse. Cass finds Ryan, they take refuge in a patient's room. Ryan accuses Cass of betraying him for the reward. Cass claims she loves him; they argue. Meanwhile, Sean comes in the hospital. Finally Cass confesses that Lauren and Sean are her siblings and knocks Ryan out.
