Duncan's guys try to sneak up on Nick while he's counting money. They fire shots, but miss. Nick kills them both, then goes back to counting. He calls The Boss. He's told to come in. Nick starts coughing; he's has a terminal illness. Meanwhile, Claire buries Duncan and the other guy; the kid comes up again and offers to help her. She says sure.
